Located in Publika, Solaris Dutamas, the Help and Call Centre operate from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm. It is the main contact point for people without Internet access.
Full-time staff man the daily operations which involve communications, data recording and events planning on specific tasks regarding education, citizenship and, business and financial assistance.
The Help Centre attends to calls, assists walk-in applicants and, compiles and registers the cases. The cases are subsequently linked to the relevant agencies by the Helping Hands team.
The Centre has established a structured working channel with government agencies especially with the National Registration Department (NRD), Ministry of Women, Family and Community Development, Higher Education Ministry, Amanah Ikthiar and the Ministry of Human Resources on matters related to citizenship, financial aid, scholarships and business loans.
Our strength is that we work closely with Government officers from the relevant agencies and take our problem cases directly to them. We follow through each case with the respective officers and try our best to resolve the issues.
